Investigating - Zoom is currently experiencing delays with SMS for two-factor authentication (2FA) and Registration. There is currently no work around for 2FA; however, for registration please use phone call instead. They are currently working with our underlying partners to restore those services.

Identified - LunaTech is experiencing intermittent service issues with one of our inbound Underlying Carriers which is temporarily impacting inbound calls to some clients. Our ULC's engineering team is working to resolve the service interruptions and LunaTech will be providing more information as it becomes available.
